On cold start this morning there was a knocking coming from what I assume was prop shaft. Checked under the car and no loose wires or anything else coming into contact with any moving parts.
Essentially while under load there is a knock knock knock knock... that speeds up or slows down depending on load. It does not change on steering left or right. It is most noticeable in 1st/2nd/3rd gear and does not change if I shift into low range.
After the car warms up and I get into 4/5/6th gear it dies away.
I have booked a service inspection but am curious if anyone else has experienced this? No lift and the boots on my CV seem ok.
