How to remove these trim parts?

Please advice me on how to remove these trim parts that cover the mounts for the cage.

Use TX25 to remove one screw.
Then pull the trim off. Needs some courageous strengt to pull them off. There are 4 mounting lugs.

Is there a chance to find electrical ground on this screw?

After removing the torx screw, use a plastic trim removal tool to ease the covers out. Simple job....

And if you want to use the M8 thread under the trim. You just can drill a hole in the trim - right in the middle of the circle with the numbering.
Perfect for adding eye bolts and fasten a storage net.
