I have never seen another Ineos anywhere on the road. I have had mine since February and literally zero on the road except for ours!

I have been looking for something different for a very long time, my wife saw one in our town and told me about it, and within a week we found out what they were called and started researching.

Hi Guys - just picked up a brand new Field Master this past Saturday. I love everything about it but have noticed an annoyingly loud dentist drill/whining/squealing noise from turning the steering wheel. I have gone down the rabbit hole on this forum and it sounds quite common (there are videos posted that mirror my same noise) which I find hard to believe. The test vehicle didnt do it and I didn’t hear a thing driving home (1 hour on the highway), but as soon as I put windows down or go under 20 mph, the sound becomes deafening. It’s gotten to the point where it is embarrassing driving down the street and neighbors ask “what is that sound?”. Dealer said “it is normal” but I reached out to the OEM abroad and they actually gave me a call and said they would put pressure on dealer to take a look at it…so now I am waiting.

Has this been anyone else’s experience with sound from the PS pump motor?

Yep same problem. Have raised it several times with my dealer, responses range from “it’s totally fine” to “yeah we’ll look into that”. If they don’t offer a solution soon I’m considering pursuing a warranty refund. Have never heard a vehicle make this sound

Some are definitely louder than others... I've never heard of an OEM reach out to a dealer directly; you'd probably be better served following up with either Ineos NA or a different dealer

FWIW, my brother just got a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe and it makes the same sound as my IG. Still not saying it’s right, but we’re not alone.
