Hi, please chime in if you know a solution - I pulled on a side gravel road to engage the lockers, they turned on fine but they are not disengaging. I moved from Low locked to high unlocked, turned the steering wheel, drive a bit, reversed, turned on and off the car multiple times, locked the car etc. the lights on the dashboard and on the lockers buttons keep blinking.
Anything else I could try?
Thanks

It happened with me too. Two things "could" help:
  1. drive on purpose on an obstacle (rough terrain)
  2. drive backwards and brake very hard.
No guarantee that it will work in your case, but let "us" know please.

Sharp turn to the left then to the right the system needs differential wheel speeds to within the indicator light off but in reality the locker disengages as soon as the button is pressed and the power is turned of to the electromagnet.

Thank you both! I did what you suggested and got the lights to turn off. The hard breaking in reverse didn’t work (or maybe I didn’t break hard enough). The sharp wheel turning did the trick. I was under the impression that turning the engine off or switching to High would force the lockers to disengage but this time the light were blinking even after turning the engine off and locking the car for 10 min.

The system measures wheel speed on both sides to confirm disengagement. I've found that sharp left and right turns on soft ground at a bit of speed helps.

Also the lockers disengage right away, the tell tale light on the front is tied to a speed sensor.
This is a point worth repeating. My experience is that the lockers disengage pretty much right away, it just take a while you for the car to confirm the unlock using the method of looking for difference in wheel rotations for each axle.
