Hi, quick question, did Knauz reach out to you folks from Illinois?
A friend of mine made his reservation after I did, but selected Colorado Springs as his delivery location and there's plenty of 'conversation' going on with Red Noland.
Not complaining, I know it will be a while ...

I reached out to them via the contact details on their website (try "knauz ineos grenadier" in your search engine of choice)
I figure the midwest will be among last to get demo models as has to come from either Raleigh (NC) or Baltimore (MD).
