Heating system is useless

Just saw a youtube review of the new 2026 by Ben Hardy - he claims the HVAC has been improved and the turning radius has been tightened up significantly.

He does say that it still doesn’t 100% return to centre. I’m wondering why after the recent change in variable steering. Would be nice to pitch a stock 2023 and 2026 in a steering comparison video.

Would be nice if IA disclosed what exactly they’ve changed about the steering if anything for the 2026 models. They probably did what some other folks have already done and turned in steering stops a few turns. Or did they install an OWL steering pump and now it “Drives like a modern SUV”?

Looks like from the video they are still having issues getting the steering wheel to sit centered from the factory alignment. Yeah it’s only off by a couple of degrees or so in the video but definitely favoring to the right a bit.

I'm at 2-years ownership of my '24 Gren. Last Summer I had the dealer behind the dash HVAC fix for drips and the system completely bled. My heat and AC works very well, if only slow to respond to dial inputs! I use floor vents only for 90% of my HVAC use, floor/dash for 10%, and I have never used the defrost setting even in recent ice storms - it simply wasn't needed. Quirky as it is, I've learned to use it and it has not let me down from 98F down to single digits.
