Can you rinse out the interior with the heated cloth front seats and not short the heating element?

Wading mode won't help rinse out the interior @255/85
Cloth will dry out faster if it gets splashed during a clean out than leather, but because the seats aren't sealed underneath I don't think either one is more resistant if you're hosing it out.

But my question is can you rinse off the seats if you have a seat warmer installed?

I really doubt that's the intention. You're just asking for mold in your seat cushions. Can you? Probably. Should you? I wouldn't. It's water resistant but not waterproof. Put waterproof seat covers on if you're planning on screwing up the interior enough to be tempted to hose off upholstery.

Conjecture - and a bit of a joke.

Wading mode temporarily turns off the power to the heated seats. I'm guessing the seats can handle some amount of moisture but likely not a full dowsing. The joke part - If in doubt start vehicle and hit the Wading Mode button before turning on the hose. Maybe not risk using the seat heaters to dry them out afterward.

Its got drains on the floor. Just figured its meant to get wet
If you spray water around inside the cabin it will get into the centre console around the gearknob etc and you may have an electrical problem.
Treat the seats as you would a sofa in your house.
Or not!

I've never rinsed off seats.
Why would you want to?
Just sponge/gentle brush.
Beat them with a hand broom and watch the dust fly! Or, I guess you could just vacuum them.

I always feel that these warnings are better taken in if there's a visual reference:

And with more such visual references, we'd all be experts on the manual.

Drains in the floor make it much easier to clean out the mud and debris that get caked in the floor boards, especially when off-roading. It doesn’t mean the rest of the interior is somehow waterproof/resistant, including the seats.
