I did one of the Red Noland dealer mountain drives and Tom went over the underside when we were back in the service bay. The Grenadier has a lot of heat shielding on the underside. I just kind of noted it and didn’t even think to ask ‘why’, but - why? Why so much around the gas tank and in general? For hot climates where there would be a lot of radiated heat from the ground? What does it prevent? Or does it keep heat in during cold weather to help keep things fluid and moving?
