Hi guys,

I think I did a good search but if I missed a previous thread just let me know. I brought my truck into Owl in Anaheim to get some fog lights put in that actually light up the road. They messed up pretty badly but in the end I got the new Triple-R kit installed and left. Now my headlights are staying on in the daytime while in automatic mode. If I am angled up at the sun they will go off and usually come back on a minute later. I never had this issue before and I can't se the new lights being the cause, as they are only wired to the side marker lights, although Occam's Razor says it probably is. I've cleaned off my windshield and the black sphere in-back of the infotainment. Any ideas at all????

Clean the sensor, just in case something is on it.

Second I noticed that if you do not turn off auto every so often, the lights stay on. So I turn it off occasionally and then back on. For some strange reason it turns on and off again.

The IG's auto lights are the most schizo headlights I've ever owned to the point where I had to adjust the daytime brightness higher because it's on so often in bright sunshine.

I choose to pick my IG battles so just let it be.

I've never taken mine out of Auto so far no issues here with that, I was too thinking there must be something blocking his sensor.

I get it all the time and haven't figured out what the deal is. I cleaned the sensor but will try what Doc says.
