I’m not complaining because I still have my money invested making more money so I can buy one when the promises are fulfilled and I can own a vehicle I know will not make me angry when the HCAC fails or it fills up with water or I want to plug in my scan tool or when I need parts or when I want to pay the local mechanic to do some work ….
Great respect to those who commented early and are hanging in there but I am not holding my breath for the promised product to arrive but still hope it does one day , if I was a religious man I would pray every day
 
Ahhh look I’m not against freedom of speech, of course that is what forums are for. And I didn’t really mean to single Island Falconer out so I apologise for that. Sorry.

My point is that we all know this is a long standing problem. Instead of complaining somebody got off his butt and made the effort to speak to Ineos to try and fix it. They now recognise the issue, have spoken about it, have thought about it, have come up with a solution and have shown us exactly what they plan to do. I’ve no doubt they will follow up as and when they can. I’m sure they can’t just issue 25000 usernames and passwords without significant testing and perhaps upgrading of their IT infrastructure.

This same complaint appears all the time, it’s well documented. Ineos have been totally open about what they plan to do. Constantly whining again and again about it isn’t going to make it happen any quicker. It’s not like customers are being ignored, it’s not like they are ignoring the issue, they are not just telling us to STFU.

That’s what frustrates me.
