I saw this beauty in a small village in Belgium today, pity I didn't meet the owner ...
You can notice that he lost a reflector of the rear bumper. If he is a forum member, I have a spare for him.
Only if he is a forum memberDear Jean-
If you still have the reflector you might also want to share it directly with Sir Jim in Iceland
LOL
After not having seen a single Grenadier in Iceland in the last few weeks, I noticed the silhouette of a Grenadier in the distance this morning in a remote location in the north-east of Iceland. I walked there and saw this beautiful Magic Mushroom standing abandoned. The doors were unlocked and the key was in front of the display. After waiting for the driver for some time without success, I walked back to my vehicle. As soon as I got back, a helicopter flew in and landed next to the Grenadier . So I ran back there. On the way there, I met a couple of men who had got out of the helicopter...
Shall I ask him if he needs one too?But seriously. He knows the forum.
Well he hasn't bought the light covers for the rear reg plate, I thought we had all bought themShall I ask him if he needs one too?But seriously. He knows the forum.

I guess he means the "new" Defender, because the Old Defender is his father![]()

You get used to the small roads in UK, it's the potholes that are a killer, which is why you 'need' a Grenadier, honestly, I assured the wifeFor a small village that is a large car park!
Not sure I'd be a Grenadier owner in the UK/ Europe, being someone who prefers small backroads to motorways.
And I've parked in some very tight hotel/B&B spots as well.
It's the tourists that scare the hell outta me , in their campervans on roafs wholly inappropriate for them. You get used to the small roads in UK, it's the potholes that are a killer, which is why you 'need' a Grenadier, honestly, I assured the wife
Found it, thanks to the number plate: https://www.dgtuningadventure.com/I...!/ineosgrenadierquartermaster/products/canopy and http://www.dgtuning.com/ineosp3.htmlVery interesting hard top - any idea who could have made it?
In UK I deliberately seek out the small, narrow streets. I love the byways. And I never feel like a tourist. Instead, I feel like an explorer and appreciate the openness and friendliness of the people. It's the tourists that scare the hell outta me , in their campervans on roafs wholly inappropriate for them.
My wife has been frequently using the FFS! expression.
In a hire car with a 2,200 GBP insurance excess I'm not keen to touch the hedgerows or soft verges, many with steep dropoffs.
As a note I've driven the back roads in UK and Euro for 10s of 1000s of miles over the years. Drivers are getting worse and vehicles bigger and bigger. Roads remain narrow!

There are countries in Europe where you still can play around with a Grenadier, but BelgiumFor a small village that is a large car park!
