Independent Event Grenadier Oktoberfest

Hi All, im up in Colorado now getting my stuff figured out. Metal cloak diff skids install on the Grenadier, a raptor bedliner sprayed in moto the M1102 camping trailer and I even had a a few minutes to drive up into the falling snow above Breckenridge today.

Plans mostly remain the same as @BigJMaas outlined. Could maybe flip Imogene into Monday if we have interest.

For anyone that might be interested, I am planning on running Pool Table Road (above Creede) this Friday, and probably camping up there or moving to below Stony Pass forSaturday night. THIS IS WEATHER DEPENDENT as I’ve read Pool Table can get boggy after a lot of moisture.

This would let me get down and into Silverton and then US550 into Ouray at a reasonable time on Sunday, maybe with enough time to do a side quest like Governor Basin, or just hit the hot springs. Probably not going to do the loop into Ouray with the trailer due to limited places to pass.

Anyone is welcome to join, dm me and I can talk details.

We don't arrive in Ouray until Sunday PM. Absolutely interested in Imogene Pass on Monday. I don't believe there is much snow from last night, and it's supposed to be sunny this week. We are staying at the Beaumont Hotel.

Hi Parb, I just have the basic lift and 35s. Should be fine. How about meeting Tuesday morning at the arena at 8:00AM? I need time to see how long it takes, find the best bi-pass for widow maker, and what time looks like adding Gemini Bridges or Longs Canyon for a complete loop.
