So far this is the earliest I can find. There are some interesting points that 6 years later hold true/don't hold true (mostly pricing).

I'm sure if you use the right search engine on the right device you may find the reason why.
Doesn't mean the I-pad will work though!
Playing with "settings" on devices is, I find , a mindless way of occupying minutes in life you may not get back
