So many LinkedIn posts with, "oooooh... ahhhhhhh... analog switches!"

As a Grenadier owner, I just chuckle to myself.

Analog eh. I would prefer toggle switches made of metal in my Grenadier.

Anything physical is better than touch screen-based controls. Our Subaru does basically everything through a very large (ipad size) screen and I hate it. It's my wife's DD so she's more accustomed to where to find things but it's an adventure for me to locate stuff. So dangerous IMO - I'll take buttons and switches every day of the week.


Yes please. I could do without the veneer, but you can control absolutely everything with clearly labeled, easy to use buttons. This is from a Merc W140 S-Class.
