Had to remove the inner fender liners to install the shocks and some wiring. Does anyone have any info on the button pins that hold the fender flare on. I can probably get them from the dealer but hoping to get the correct size so I can get them from Napa etc.

Do you have a photo you can post?

Here are known clips (door and trim clips):
TRIM (WHITE RETAINER CLIPS): spare white clips used for the panels can be bought here US and here AU and door clips here (US);

Are these the clips visible on the plastic mudguard?

It is the black plastic trim clips. It looks like the white ones you linked are probably the same.

I picked up 10 from the dealer and they were "somewhat" reasonably priced. I'll order a bunch more from your link

Thanks.

Post a picture when you get them and we can add them to the list.

Are you guys talking about the same thing?
Here's an old pic of my vehicle with the right rear flare removed. There are studs attached to the body and steel clips embedded into the flare. I don't have a pic of the inside of the flare to see what the clips look like.
The door trim card clips are plastic. I have a bag of those on my bench. Different item.

The front flares are held on partially with the black plastic clips that attach to the fender and the metal clips that attach to the inner fender liner.

I believe the panel clips TheDocAUS linked will work but are slightly different. The door panel clips are entirely different.

So for clarity, they are all different parts:
  • The door trim clips have a dust seal and a male prong that clips into a hole in the door
  • The front fender flare clips have a male prong that clips into a hole in the fender
  • The rear fender flare clips have a female socket that clips over a male weld stud on the body

Thank you. Someday I’ll get access to the manual.
