Equalizer does not work

Good morning togethter,

I played around with the soand settings during my last cruises.

In my opinion, changing the settings of the Equalizer does not change much at the sound appearance.

If You put the slider of the Equalizer from Max to Min or the other way round, I cannot hear a difference.
Also when I select one of the preset settings like Rock or News the sound does not chance that much that it makes a difference to me.

Are my ears out of work or did anybody make similar experiences?
To me it looks like the Equalizer or its chip is hung up and it needs a kind of Reset.

I presume you have tried a infotainment system reboot. My equaliser makes a small difference but you can't compere the performance too a high end Burmster system

no, I did not make a reboot yet, because I do not know how!

Can You give me an advice please!
