Week 1 of owning the vehicle and I received warning lights on the dash that the engine temperature was high. I pulled over to let the engine cool down I then resumed driving another 2 miles. Same thing.

I was driving down the highway (55 mph)when this happened. The truck was then towed to my dealer.

The vehicle is a ‘24. It was a loaner car that had 3k miles on it and delivery of the vehicle was last week. It is a base wagon with a number of extras on it. No lockers or aux battery.

Do you think it was actually overheating or a warning light issue.
There's been a lot of issues with warning lights coming on when there's nothing actually wrong with the vehicle.
