Is it possible to disconnect the external power outlets on the roof from the mains and supply them with a power bank? When camping, I could then use the Stedi lamps outside without draining the starter battery.

The aux high power circuit is powered from stud 4 on the 5 stud busbar. Details described here.
So can you just attach the wire from stud 4 to a terminal from a lithium battery and it would power all of the 4 outlets on the roof. Would the correct switch on the overhead panel also need to be turned on?

First, you need to double check your car is wired the same way as mine (the one used in the post). Second, I have not done such a thing, so I do not know whether there will be flow on effects. Third, it would affect all the circuits on the aux high power option, not just the rooftop outlets. Fourth, you need to ensure you deal with earth wires as well, for each circuit. I have not looked at these.

It may be preferably to add in a switch, so you can switch between the main battery and the battery box.

If in doubt, use an auto electrician. I know the information in that earlier post helped an auto electrician in Kuwait, the owner said so on the Forum.

Simple answer, if you don't know what you are doing, get someone who does. If i try changing i will seek expert opinion/someone to do any changes me.
Thanks for helping but it's beyond my expertise. I'm a fully certified simpleton 🤪

I wouldn't over-complicate it.

Just unplug the roof outlet and run a 12v extension to the lights from your power bank.

You might want to install a waterproof plug and socket (with another socket on the extension) to make the swap simpler.
