I drove two hours from NH to Massachusetts, for a decent test drive of the Grenadier. They had several in their lot. A sales person did meet my lady and myself and after a few minutes was finally and grudgingly handed the keys to a Grenadier. The salesman was absolutely horrible.
The young man he was supposed to be training was better! His attitude etc...

The test drive was a short drive around a city block! Yes a fully paved and busy city block in Framingham Ma. I am 67, and have test driven many different vehicles. This was by far the worst drive I have ever had and if I had not done my research on the Grenadiers I would not be buying one at all! I strongly recommend that you avoid this horrible dealership!

Seriously! A test drive on a city block? This did not test anything other than my patience! Poor place for any dealership, never mind one for an off road vehicle!
I strongly recommend not going to this bad dealership!

I am an EOD tech retired. Have test driven many different vehicles all over the world, and this was, by far, the wort dealership I have ever been in!

I have ordered a Trialmaster and told my dealer that I do not want that dealership to get any credit for the sale of my Trialmaster.

Please hurry and get a dealership in NH, a real off-road state!

Hello Vilhelm007,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at Ko Ineos Grenadier did not meet your expectations.

You are correct in noting that our dealership is situated in a suburban location where, unfortunately, traffic conditions can occasionally limit the driving experience. To help mitigate this, we regularly encourage interested Grenadier guests to take extended test drives—often up to an hour, and in some cases even overnight—so they can experience the vehicle in a range of driving environments, from urban streets to highways.

While we are currently unable to facilitate off-road test drives directly from our showroom due to safety and logistical limitations, we do host dedicated off-road driving events several times each year. These events are designed to give our clients and prospective owners a chance to explore the Grenadier’s full capabilities in a controlled environment.

Regarding the specific test drive in question, our Sales Manager made the decision to conclude the session early due to safety concerns. The vehicle was being driven in a manner that triggered intervention from both the ABS and stability control systems on dry pavement—behavior that raises red flags for the well-being of all involved, including our staff, our guests, and the vehicle itself. We take safety seriously, and our team members are fully authorized to end a test drive at any point should they believe conditions have become unsafe.

That said, I’m pleased to hear that you were able to place an order for a Trialmaster model that suits your preferences through another Grenadier retailer. While we naturally wish we could have supported your purchase, there are no hard feelings—we see ourselves as part of a broader mission to introduce this exceptional vehicle to as many people as possible, and your enthusiasm for the brand is what matters most.

Thank you again for your interest, and I wish you many enjoyable miles ahead.

Warm regards,
Adam Check

Your elevated blood pressure was a valuable contribution to the Framingham heart study. Go Mass!
