Clicking noise in back

I've got a weird clicking noise coming from the rear seats happens regardless if I'm driving or stationary sounds like it's behind the driver, it sounds like a relay clicking on and off constantly, its just more of a nuisance since I've heard it I can't unhear it

Does its timing align with the windscreen wipers?

All the relays are on the left side, under the rear seat

Bang on just went out and checked , didn't think about that being the noise , thank you

Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone replaced the fuse with a solid state fuse?
