Chuckle in Your Day! (AKA the joke thread)

Winter in Australia is a mixed bag
A guy down in the Southern part of the country posted his Quartermaster this morning and he is loving it.
At my place it got down to 11 degrees (51.8 F) and we had the heater going all night and this morning I am rugged up and waiting for the sun to heat the day back up.
Luckily it is forecast for sunny and 21 degrees (70F) all week here.
I had to break out my winter shorts and T shirt on the weekend.

I've got this week off, but will stick to my usual shorts and T shirt garb, except when on the chainsaw.
They don't call me King Gee for nothing 😉😅

It's 9:30 am and I am still in trackies and jumper.
Wind coming straight off the water so feels colder but finally up to 18.8
Another couple of months of this and then we can get back to complaining about the heat, then summer will kick in and we can complain about the rain, humidity, cyclones and flooding.

To make a small water feature , I cut open lengthwise a copper water tank I've owned for over 50 years.
Good news about copper , it helps prevent algae, bad news - it kills fish and amphibians. So what, it's not for them!
The little solar pump I ordered to make gentle splashy sounds and keep the water aerated comes with after sales email instructions.

''Hi

Thanks for your order . This is after-sale customer service.

This solar pump is very sensitive to the sun.

You need to expose it to direct sunlight for a period of time to work.''
==============================================

My mind is blown.
