It's good to know my Grenadier has a sense of humour.
I filled it up on the weekend and the remaining range read >560 kms as usual.
I drove 20 kms this morning and it changed to >550 kms
That leads me to think it is greater than 550 kms but less than 560 kms, so a 10 km variation.
Driving home it changed to >540 kms and then >than 530 kms.
Can't wait to see what it is next time I get in.

I have a funny feeling ha ha that my car reads the fuel with downhill parking slope variation[sounds like something you could catch], I start the old girl up on the slope go for the drive to our walking beach, flat park her and it's reading more on the way home.

It tells me to fill up soon some mornings nothing but more fuel on the way home...gota love this girl

Well I am starting to think my Grenadier is just jerking my chain now.
This mornings drive we started at

• >530 kms again and one segment on the fuel gauge gone.
• 14 kms later we had exactly 538 kms left
• 11 more kms and we now have 550 kms range left
• 20 kms later and we now have 570 kms remaining. .....might add that I have never seen it read anything above >560 kms
• I hit the reset button and now we are back to 524 kms range left and amazingly my Grenadier has now done 0000 total kms.
• 2 kilometres later I now only have 483 kms range but still 0000 kms on the clock.
• After a bit of a rest I just turned her on again and it appears it covered 41,799 kms in the last 10 minutes. But used no fuel
