Change units from imperial to metric?

Anyone know how to change the units in the speedometer to metric? Crossed into, Quebec today and couldn’t find it. Will look more at it tomorrow when I have a chance.

As per another post from one of the Alcan 5000 teams, the ability to switch was an accidental software omission for US spec vehicles that they have now been made aware of

I'm sure I've seen that option in vehicle settings, but I'm now curious if it was just mph distance to km. I'll have a look next time I drive it

I believe this change was MY24 and/or US specific as the headunit firmwares are completely different
