It would appear Ineos faked their RandD so we are now the unfortunate beta testers and sadly they have chosen Dilawri as our representatives and they are not up to the task . I would encourage all owners to express their dissatisfaction with Dilawri and their lack of technical competence
 
Our dealer here is fantastic. It's not Dilawri. We have Weissach in the west and they're pretty great so far. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. What sucks about Dilawri?

I can vouch for what Guardian says. They had my truck from October 1 to January 10

They managed to break more than they repaired, forgot to plug in door switches, didn’t test any of their repairs, now I have coolant on the floor instead of A/C condensation, wiper nozzles are worse than when they received it, the AEB warnings are all stuck on again, literally nothing it was there for was fixed.

Dilawri needs to get their shit together

Dilawri needs to get their shit together
So far, they’ve addressed all my issues:
  • Installed the 2.5” lift kit
  • Removed the false alarm
  • Replaced the rear door brake light
  • Replaced the safari window rubber seal
  • Fixed the broken front drive shaft
They’re not the best, though. No courtesy cars, no shuttle bus, and no free Uber—I pay $160 out of pocket for Uber every time. Their staff turnover is high, so I don‘t think they’re familiar with the product and services.

I always see your Grenadier when I visit. Sorry for all the trouble you’re going through; I hope they get it sorted out soon.
