Bottle Jack Door

I am having a difficult time finding the metal (lockable) door that covers the bottle jack location. I looked at countless sites and searched here, and I am going up empty.

The 2 tabs on the plastic door have a tendency to break or bend.

I've never heard of an optional lockable metal door for the bottle jack location...
