Gday all,

I'm currently in the process of installing a fixed solar panel on the roof as well as a light bar. I want to run the cables from the battery up one of the pillars and out where the currentl AUX wiring is externally. has anyone had the interior apart and have photos so I can see what it looks like and where the current cables run

In mine they used the passenger side B pillar. RHD car. Details below, qouted from the Links List here:

B PILLAR (DISASSEMBLING): look here with detailed instructions here;

Very simple to do. I don't have any photos, but open a rear door, pull the door seal away from the interior to reveal the pillar cable runs. It's simple to remove and simple to reinstate with no need to glue or secure anything.

Make sure you run cables behind the airbags and also use cable cloth tape and something to pin them down.

The aux out panels on the grab handles are really simple to remove, just unscrew all the bolts on the exterior and pop it off. When I did it, I was in awe at how simple it was.

This seems remarkably simple. So my natural question is, does this leak badly?!

Nothing's leaking and I have zero commercial experience in vehicle upgrades. The grab handles have their own rubber seal and no glue, it's all sealed by rubber and tight bolts.
