AC blows hot on rare occasions

I’ve searched previous posts and not found my particular issue. Living in the south, AC is needed. On very rare occasions when in manual or auto, AC blows really hot. I’ve tried turning on key but not starting with no effect. When it happens I turn off, wait and try again. No effect. Next day, cools great. I have it at dealer now for the second time and they can’t get it to happen.
Any suggestions for them to explore would be appreciated.
Also getting door buttons done, but have not had a problem with them. Also software update.
I’ll be bringing our second one to them next for second round passenger door seal and button's. No software update for this earlier one.
Otherwise, we are really enjoying them both.
Thanks!

I had that issue, and the only fix was to remove the AC fuses from the fuse block under the rear seat. Let it sit for a few minutes and reinstall the fuses. Quite inconvenient, and a frankly dangerous issue they should take more serious. It was 107 F when it last happened, and I was in a remote area with a pregnant woman as a passenger. I told the dealer and they didn't seem all that concerned. Just stating they have heard of the issue, but never seen it in person.

Thanks for the fuse info. Glad to hear that at least they have heard of it. I’m not sure it will be addressed.
