I am having trouble locating the Yellow/Green high beam wire under the bonnet in my US, left hand drive Grenadier. Any help? Photos of the location?

Has anyone used a boroscope to see if you could fish one of the kick panel wires up a pillar to the mounting bar area? Hi together, does somebody knows what these wires are? They do go to the back of the car and before I start ripping it all apart I thought somebody here has an idea…. Thanks in advance.
