I'd love to help get a few of these gorgeous rigs together in Seattle sometime soon. The Elysian is fun and I could probably cordon off some parking if I arrive a bit early, but Seattle can be a pain for many people.
I'm happy to go Eastside to make parking easier. PostDoc Brewery is great and often has food trucks. I know the owner and they'd surely reserve parking for 5-10 trucks if folks are interested.
