So I called Grange a couple of weeks ago, and I am STILL waiting for them to call back with an appointment for me to get a wee bit of Warranty work done.
After waiting a few days, I called STC. My Grenny is in there Today !!!!! to get the work done.
STC: 1..... Grange: 0

STC still seem to be the best bet, in the central belt at least.

We went to Grange 18 months ago with the intention of buying, after a test drive and many promises we are still awaiting a follow up call back. Have also twice requested parts prices and availability, 12 months ago and 9 months ago, haven't had that call back either or any communication back from emails. Assumed didn't fit the clientele they were after after the first visit, but obviously my telephone demeanour and email approach doesn't fit either!!

Their loss is STC's gain.

Just back from STC
Fab service (y)
They fixed one of the Warranty issues (one left to do) but also did several Recalls and TSB's that Grange did not do. The Grenny also needed a SW update.
Staggering considering Grange had this car in stock, and only supplied it to me on 17th Oct (6 weeks ago)
I conclude that Grange are totally crap, and not worthy to be an Ineos dealer :(
They still haven't called back. I won't be going back.

STC: 2 - Grange: 0

Same with me - They keep emailing me saying my service is due (STC did it). When I emailed to get my ADAS reset following a buzzard smashing the windscreen, just radio silence. My office is right by them, but in the end back to STC.

Im also getting hassled about my service due from Grange, service was done at Marshalls a few months ago. Grange not on the Ineos system?
We got the same from Lloyds as that's where we purchased Toots from, I think its just the sales team following up because they get a ping in their calendar as its a year from the sale.
Apart from that email there hadn't been any communication from them since we drove away after collection!

Have bought from Arnold Clark before a couple of times and have to say they do follow up a sale and do have an interest, even when the value was a third of Toots.

I actually had a pretty decent experience with Grange for my second service a few weeks back, although I was able too book it in good time and leave it with them for a couple of weeks when I was away on holiday. Service completed along with a number of warranty issues and factory campaigns. Took a little while to find out what was actually done as the service manager wasn’t there when I picked the car up but got there in the end. They even got the NATO socket freed off!

Ironically I have been trying to get my trailer booked in to STC for a service but haven’t been able to get hold of them by phone or email (although haven’t tried overly hard yet).

I tried going to Grange for my Grenadiers next service and was promised a call back to get it booked in............................that was two weeks ago. Service is
booked at STC again this time and it is where I will continue to go even though it is much longer drive for me.

Is Grange a multi franchise dealer? As an outsider in that neck of the woods, just viewing the forum comments, it appears that they treat Grenadier owners as the phelps of the car world.

It does seem odd how some companies treat their customers, is it badly managed so tue employees don't take an interest or are their no mechanisms to help do the job properly. Or are they so overworked by other more profitable brands that the Ineos doesn't get a look in.

They have another branch in the midlands according to thier website but i cant say that its ever been mentioned on here, unless it goes under another name?
I am surprised Ineos themselves havent noticed, but then that too should not come as a suprise.

I did three days demonstrating the Grenadier at my off road driver training site in East Lothian. On each day there was someone there from Grange, they seemed enthusiastic and knowledgeable enough about the brand. They were very happy that someone went straight from a demo drive to buy a Grenadier! So I had high hopes that I could use them but I will stick to where I know.
