The Windshield defense, cost 250 and you tear sheets off when they get scratched like Race Visors on Dirt bikes or formula one. I have had mine on since April. Still no scratches but I put rain x on it once a month and it's dry season. Once it gets down to the last sheet, I'll order another windshield defense and slap it on. It's cut for Grenadier and they give you everything you need to self install. It cost be a beer to have neighbor help be place it on my windshield.
No scratches at all but if it does get scratched just peel back one of the 3 layers. Rock pits have been the only reason I have had to pull back a layer so far.
In their promo video it shows them installing it and peeling away a layer. Is that just a layer there for install, or is that a layer you peel off with wear?

Yes, it's a cap layer and not part of the 3 layers. The cap layer is there for when you use the squeegee to put it on and you don't scratch the first layer.In their promo video it shows them installing it and peeling away a layer. I’m liking this option more. Really no scratches in 3-months?
Yes but I am using Bosch wipers and doing rain x on windshield every month. That seems to help.
How is the scratching & fogging?
