Just found this lying in the boot, has Ineos logo so definitely off the wagon. Soft rubber suggesting some sort of door stop? Single hole in the middle, possibly a mounting hole?

That looks like a cable grommet.
They fit in a hole and allow a cable to be pushed through, sealing around the cable fairly well.
The end of the cable has to be pushed through it so that hasn't fallen off.

I think it fits on the larger of the rear door lower down on the inside, to prevent the wrong door being shut first. Apparently a few have come off. Sorry I don't have a photo but have seen pics

The hole is were the holding nut has pulled through. Fix is to put a washer on first. If someone with a vehicle could photograph the rear large door near the bottom 1/3 you should see it fitted
