Ah, an agricultural building that is permitted development, love it. Can't say garage to our planners if it is out side the curtilage of the house.

Ahhh we have a little farm and, yeah, under permitted development I think you can build up to 1000m2 and max height of 12m as long as you have more than 0.4Ha of land. It has to be >25m from a road.
