I had one of these.... LSE? 4.3lt V8 TVR engine. Lovely machine. Until the block split. A ceramic weld, then traded it in quickly for a 110

Hi @Tom109 , you can't just post your beautiful Range here. That makes me doubt again whether it was right to offer my Range for sale. Because that's what I did after careful consideration. He will be 40 years old in two years' time. I am the 2nd owner and it has only run 50k kilometres.

Traded in a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace for my Grenadier. Had a 1997 Land Rover Discovery for 20+ years, loved it, but finally got to the point I had to fix something darn near every time I drove it so bought the Jag. At the time was hoping for the new Defender to come out but it kept being delayed. The Ineos is a MUCH (IMHO) better vehicle, But I DO have a '69 Series IIa! (see pic)

Subtract the Isuzu D-MAX and add a Toyota Hilux GR Sport from our vehicle pool (https://www.theineosforum.com/threads/whats-everyone-driving.12410294/post-1333155798). We expect the car to arrive in the next 2-3 weeks. There are some interested parties in our D-MAX, as it has an OME suspension and lift kit, a Warn winch, a Decked-System, a RIF rear bumper with spare tire mount, a Front Runner truck bed rack and a DTBD roof tent, as well as DOTZ rims with MT tires. If no one wants to have the Isuzu, the Toyota dealer will take it.



We pondered between the Ford Ranger Wildtrack/VW Amarok or the Toyota Hilux. The Quartermaster was only considered for a short time, after my wife drove from Huesca/Spain to Hambach/France with a Grenadier, but price, payload and the problems, as well as an uncertain future for IA from our perspective kept us from choosing that vehicle. In additon we need it already on the Abenteuer&Allrad and we do not believe, that the Quartermaster would have been ready then. We want to keep this car for a long time, as this will be the last pure combustion Hilux. The next Hilux MY 2025 will be at least a hybrid. With 15 years warranty on engine and drive train, we're very happy. The 2.8 four-cylinder Diesel with 204 HP has already proven very well. The Ranger was also took into closer considerations, but the weak truck bed side walls, some details regarding offroad ruggedness and problems wich popped up with the display kept us away from that one. In additon my experience with Ford engines is not the best one. Even if we would have liked the V6, we decided not to take the Ford Ranger, as we fear problem on the long run.
