Website images not loading. Cannot attach files to new posts

Is anyone else getting this currently?

Existing images are not being displayed and I cannot post new images.
Thumbnails are displayed in the media gallery but I cannot open images. I get an 'Image not found' error.
Same result on an Android phone and a windows PC.

It's past bedtime in LA but paging Mr @Stu_Barnes...
