On Saturday, I dropped off my QM for warranty work and finish the canopy snaps while I was away for work. I have been impress by Elliott Bay Grenadier service team. They kept me informed everyday with the status of the repairs. The truck is not done but have a loaner ready for me to pick up tomorrow.
Work that was done/needs to be done.
AC: I felt the A/C was working hard to cool down the cabin. I asked them to top off the coolant. They checked and found that my high pressure hose and coolant reservoir tank had leaks. The reservoir tank is backorder but the team is trying to expedite the part.
Safari Windows: I suffered the safari leak and new seals went on.
Software update: I got the software update
Canopy: when the canvas canopy was installed, the instructions were missing the template for the snaps on the back. They got a template and installed the snaps. This should minimize dust in the back.
Great service from EBA Grenadier. Look forward to getting my truck back, hopefully by Friday. I did mentioned that Ineos is willing to take a part of an existing vehicle and install it in my truck. Will see what EBA does.
