My USB and C outlet inside console not powering up ( key on or off ). Fuse is OK and the rear seat is ok. Are these switched or just possibly disconnected?

Are you getting a message about “usb charging shut down” or similar on the infotainment screen? I get this when I overload the usb circuit, takes about. An hour for it to cool off after I unplug everything.
No messages that I have noticed. I rarely need USB, so I may have had this condition since purchase. I upgraded stereo but never removed console
