The restomod defenders are getting into the stratosphere

For the linen pant wearing crowd in the Hampton’s to drive down to the beach in so $400K is simply a steal!! Meanwhile some of us are elbows deep dealing with slipped piston liners and ratty cylinder heads on an old Rover 3.9L Buick lump questioning our life choices which have led us to this moment in time. Oh the humanity!! :(

They’ll have elbow issues too the first time they bash theirs on a series/Defender door. Restomod all you want but 1950s farm vehicle ergonomics are what they are. I’ve seen stars twice in my life and one involved my elbow and my 88.

One must have elbow patches on one's linen jacket to stop such absurd interferences :ROFLMAO:

"Top Hat" mod is the key for slipped liners.. ...but then if you're up to your elbows, you probably knew that...;)

Thing is, the design is just so perfect
As much as I love my Grenadier, it slightly misses something that is absolutely spot on with the old Defender.
