2024 Ineos Grenadier Trialmaster
This will focus on upgrades that enhance drivability, capability, or simply add to its style. While many upgrades are focused around performance off pavement, this is not what I'd consider an "Overland" specific build. I have a well equipped truck camper for life on the road and my grenadier is more of a day-tripper, or just an all around cool car for a daily driver.

I will use the list below as the master log of parts I've added after purchase. I will update it when/if things change. My posts that follow after this will demonstrate specific upgrades as we complete them and any feedback I'd like to share.

As of this original post (June 8, 2025) I have about 13,500 miles on my Grenadier. I am excited to compare my driving experiences with it stock to some of these upgrades to come.

GP Factor Drop Down Table

This version has the cubby space behind the drop down table for small items. There is also a National Luna LED light. It has a button on the fixture to turn it on/off, change from white to red color, and also has a few stages to dim how bright it is. Solid upgrade and would highly recommend.

OWL Hood Release & OWL Rear Door Handle

I know the usefulness of this "upgrade" is debated but I have been super happy with it. It was a tactile enhancement for me as I thought the stock handles felt cheap for a vehicle of this caliber. Every time I grab the rear door handle it just feels nice and reminded of how much I enjoy this simple little improvement.

OWL Light Brackets & Baja Designs LP4's

I am quite pleased with the final result of the installation of the owl light brackets and the Baja Designs LP4 fixtures that replace the factory aux lamps. The brackets required a bit of "fiddling" to get them installed but once they are in, they are nice and solid. The low amperage back light portion of the LP4's is controlled on Aux Switch 1 in my overhead panel. I'll have to get photos, but combined with the parking lights it makes the front end looks pretty sharp. Then the higher amperage draw of the light being fully ON is controlled on Aux Switch 5 in my overhead panel. They are incredibly bight, don't bounce around, and is very convenient to be able to turn either option on/off so quickly and easily and/or without having to use my high beams. Really glad to have ditched the stock light fixtures.
