I’ve always admired the Toyota Land Cruisers, but I’m not up on all the lingo. The odd thing is is that I’ve seen 2 Right Hand Drive larger ones of recent vintage LC 200? They look like Toyota land cruisers of the past few years? They were both in grand County Colorado. Kind of odd because I don’t think I’ve ever seen one anywhere else and then I see two of them within a couple weeks.

Colorado definitely has a lot of 4 x 4‘s and especially esoteric ones. It’s just weird to see more Right Hand Drive, Toyotas then Grenadier’s in a fairly small geographical area.

Is it just random chance? What would the right hand drive models have that recent land cruisers wouldn’t?

Twin turbo V8 diesel. They're not on an international travel permit checking out the sights and delights of Colorado. An early 2006 200 series wouldn't make the US 25 year import rule yet.

They are likely to be Japanese imports (owning older cars is expensive there).
Normally the Japanese Domestic Market vehicles are specced to the max, so they are likely to have all the options possible.
