Ratteling or rumbeling dashboard

I’m facing this same issue second day after delivery. I used a foam backer rod/small weatherstrip. It looks like the trim piece or clips internally are just too tight to the back of the screen. Link: https://a.co/d/7Lpjc9Q from Amazon.

I can confirm that the link to the weatherstrip I used does indeed work. I used a 90degree pick and routed it all along the back of the screen in the gap and made two layers. The rattle has completely stopped.

Search the phrase below on amazon.

My Greny spends most of its time off pavement. Honestly it doesn’t rattle as much as I expected. Some occasional dashboard buzz, but the one that had me stumped was a rattle / buzz that would come from under the driver side of the dash / footwell on washboard roads. I finally figured out that it was the brake pedal. I now rest my foot against the side of the pedal on washboard roads and the buzz is gone. Maybe I’ll find a permanent fix, but this works, so maybe I wont. :)

Mine rattles there too. What parts are hitting?

Yeh, the ac issues are a huge concern to me then came the differentials. Sure look cool though.
The front drive shaft coming off and causing damage can kill you and completely wreck the car.

The ac not doing it's thing - unlikely to cause this level of damage unless you are really in some extreme weather.

The HVAC works fine most of the time. You can mitigate it somewhat by delaying the engine fire-up until the HVAC has fired up (you are only talking a few seconds longer) and making sure the coolant levels are correct. Probably for me, around 3 times in the last 18 months, it has decided to do the opposite of what is desired. However, the MY26 has a brand new HVAC from a different manufacturer and the issue doesn't apply to that.
