Americas Props to Mossy Ineos Houston

I just wanted to give a shout out to Trevor and the crew at Mossy Ineos Houston. I didn't buy my Grenadier there because another dealer had a config that was exactly what I was looking for. However, I needed a few small parts for my Trialmaster which the dealer I purchased from didn't have in stock. I called up Mossy on the phone and 48 hours later had the parts in hand. They were super helpful and went above and beyond to help me out even though I hadn't purchased my Grenadier there. I'm strongly considering driving over to Houston for my 12k service later this year even though I have another dealer that's quite a bit closer. Just wanted to give some public recognition for a great service department.

I live in Oklahoma City and I've been thinking I'll most likely either go to their Houston location or maybe even San Diego (My daughter lives there) or possibly Red Noland in Colorado Springs. Sewell is closer, but Mossy has many more.

I saw Mossy in Houston had a really nice used Scottish White that had the Owl Bull bar and many other options the previous owner had put on , they even had the wolf box already installed. Good to know Mossy did right by you. When I lived in Coppel and Frisco, we bought cars from Sewell, but Mossy seems to do a great job.

Trevor, and candidly everyone at Mossy, is top notch. Excellent communication and performance, especially given some factory issues that haven’t had solutions offered or resolution guidance.

I have had lots of experience with dealers and warranty stuff. Trevor is definitely top of the list. I live 45 mins away from the dealership, and he always updates and keeps me aware of status so I don’t make the drive if it isn’t the right time.

Not sure if Vinny is still there, he is also awesome. Honestly, everyone I have felt with there have always been willing to help and make sure I am good.
