Good feedback should be given when someone or a company goes beyond the expected.
I want to praise @DVA Mechanics as a great company with a superb attitude to customer service.
On 11/5/2024 I bought the versatile clamp for the rear ladder. I mounted my hi lift on the clamp.
Over the past few months the color of the clamp has changed from black to a more golden color.
I took a pic of it and sent to dva mechanics yesterday. Derek replied and said they mailed out a recall for that due to powder coat not keeping color. He just said he will send me a replacement. Since I bought this they released a new mount specifically for the hi lift and I asked if I could upgrade and get that instead. I'll pay for the extra bar. A few minutes later I had a quote in me email for that mount less the amount I paid for the previous mount.
Superb service, super fast and I'm really happy with the outcome. I highly recommend dva mechanics as a vendor. They truly stand behind their products.
