Cape York helicopter - Day 2
Cars are not the only thing to use a good bow wave when doing a water crossing (about 14 foot long is this croc). The croc is in the Coral Sea, heavily stained with tannins from a nearby creek.
WW2 wreck of a P39 Aircobra, the pilots got lost on their was to PNG. The front is the left hand side of the image. The engine is behind the pilot.
The red rocks are bauxite.
