What did you use to get that image?

A Nikon 750D, a Tamron 15/30, a tripod, an offset panoramic head, and my old 110 to get there.

Now seriously, there are 6 shots for the sky, 6 shots for the ground, with a 15mm focal length, f8 aperture, and 23 seconds of exposure, focusing at hyperfocal, and then editing with Lightroom.
