Yeah, my Ineos had a service notice at 5k miles and 6 months. It was a cheap service but a pain to take it in for no reason. That year timer on service is set before it hits the boat across the AtlanticMake sure you have the dealer reset the service reminder timer during pdi.
Also check the service reminder timer value during you checklist review. Make sure they actually reset it. My sales man didn’t instruct the service team to do it, even though I reminded him.
This is a must!!!!!
it’s a great truck overall. One thing to consider is the power steering pump noise that doesn’t appear to have a fix and the hvac system that is hit or miss, also no apparent solution. An Ineos dealership is coming to my area in the spring, which has me back to looking for a vehicle. I haven't been on the forum much of late, and feel the chatter about issues is much more quiet now. Does that mean they are getting some issues ironed out and making them more reliable?
I was an hour away from my dealer when checked out the service reminder - 85 days left, followed by a big annoyance sighYeah, my Ineos had a service notice at 5k miles and 6 months. Thinking about pulling the trigger on a 1924 magic mushroom. Currently on a Hummer EV which I love and plan to add another off-road vehicle so I can actually start off roaring as I’m nervous without another suv in case of issues. They seem like really good deals right now. Would you lease or buy a 36 month lease is about 960 per month after discounts and CostcoAn Ineos dealership is coming to my area in the spring, which has me back to looking for a vehicle. Where in Colorado are you? There are plenty of us, myself included, that will gladly spend some time with you and a Grenadier if you have any doubts...Thinking about pulling the trigger on a 1924 magic mushroom.
