Made my first modification.....not that I'll ever use it 😆. GP Factor Bull Bar - It comes in two packages and five pieces. It was pretty easy to install and it's pretty sturdy. In total, it took me about an hour and a half to install. Next I plan to upgrade to a set of 275/70R18/EBFGoodrich - All-Terrain T/A KO3s and then probably some White Knuckle Ineos Grenadier 20-Degree Tube-Style Rock Sliders. Will keep you posted.

Nice, the GPF bar is a solid choice. Looks great and it's good to know it's a straightforward install.

Those KO3s are a perfect match for the Grenadier. The White Knuckle sliders are top-notch too. Sounds like a solid build coming together.

I have the same KO3 on my Gladiator and really like them and little evident wear with 25k miles on them. I do a 5 tire rotation, is that a thing with y’all?

Made my second modification…..White Knuckle Ineos Grenadier 20-Degree Tube-Style Rock Sliders. $1500 from the manufacturer plus $750 shipping 😫. It’s definitely a two man job as that they weigh about 160 pounds each, but I’m hardheaded. It took me about two hours to install the first one, but after I figured out what I was doing, the second rock slider took less than 20 mins. I did have to purchase some jack stands, but other than that, the installation was pretty straight forward.

In the spring I’ll probably do bigger tires and a rear tray table.

How do they compare to the Ineos version, can they be used a step or just sliders?

I have the “zero degree” White Knuckle ones on my Grenadier, and they definitely function as steps (narrow in the front, wider in the back, which makes access to the smaller rear doors easier).
