Works great for me! I like going back in the Grenadier and watching the tire pressure and switching power from the overhead panel. no issues at all. I put the compressor and hoses in a box, I take the box out then connect the power to the roof and hoses to tires, then go back in.
 
My brain would never let me use the head unit pressures. Only an analog gauge at the tire valve for me!

I use the dual Indeflate hose inflating two tires at a time, I do the front together then the back together, this balances the tires, I also look at the analog gauge on the hose.
