Hi,

I've just taken delivery of an almost new Grenny. 10k kms on the clock. I have an error coming up with regard to the headlights, I get "low beam left error" and "high beam left error". The 'ring' around the left headlight works, but neither low or high beam are functional. I pulled the light assembly apart and I couldn't see any issues with the plugs into the light unit.

Has anyone seen anything like this, any suggestions?

Thanks,
Wedginald

Yeah I had a new headlamp fitted by a bodyshop and had this error, they hadn’t plugged it in properly. Local Ineos dealer said they’d seen a few new ones with same issue

I took the Grenny to my local dealer. The OBD scan shows that the headlight is being affected by low voltage of the battery (Trialmaster, dual battery setup). When I took delivery, the red battery level light was on and the battery was at 48%. They took the car and have had it on a charger overnight, will find out some time today whether that fixes it.
