Heated seats being temperamental

For the third time today, I had had to make a journey without heated seats - everyone of the three times this has happened, the HVAC has also failed to product heat in the cab.

The first time it happened was early Jan, outside temp was under freezing and I thought it was just a passing thing as it worked ok for a few days following. Then in the last week, twice I have had the same problem. Each time the HVAC has failed as well and while the seat heating light comes on, it's done nothing.

Today's journey was 2hrs with the kids and my wife everyone really cold. Not great

On my way to the dealership for a software update (the overdue maintenance pop-up), I noticed the passenger heated seats have stopped working. I’ve asked the service Team to investigate while they have the car. They provided a loaner in the meantime, so I’ll keep you posted on the diagnosis.
